All of our shirts are made to order with the sizes, colors and image
specifications selected at the time your order is placed, and printed right
here in the Dallas, Texas area, USA!
Unless otherwise specified, our graphic tees are printed (not vinyl). We use a
state of the art Direct to Garment printer which uses Eco-friendly water-based
inks, similar to screen printing. The image is printed directly onto the
garment leaving a vibrant design with an ultra soft and light-weight finish.

Most listings are printed on Bella+Canvas tees and tanks, unless otherwise
specified. Please note that if you are ordering multiple shirts across various
size charts (example: adult, youth, toddler and infant) all with the same
design, we may change the brand of shirt to ensure they all match as closely as
possible, if indicated.

PROCESSING TIME:
Please refer to each individual listing for current posted production times.
Please note that production time does NOT include shipping time.
*Please note that processing times may run on the longer end during peak
seasonal times.
SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped via USPS and the method selected at check out when
placing your order. There are several options to upgrade shipping if needed,
however, please note this does NOT affect the processing time.
*Please note that the estimated delivery time at the time the order is place
is simply an estimate based on posted production times and the USPS estimated
delivery times—this is not a guarantee of delivery dates and the shop will not
be held responsible for a delay in shipment once the item has left our
possession.
RUSH PROCESSING:
If you need to receive an item by a specific date and/or you need it to be
completed sooner than the estimated arrival time indicated by the listing,
PLEASE MESSAGE US PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER to ensure we are able to obtain
all materials and get the process completed to be able to accommodate your
order. At this time, we will also let you know if any rush fees would apply and
send a link to add it to the order if needed.
**PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT PUTTING “I NEED THIS BY xx DATE” IN THE NOTES TO
SELLER WILL SERVE AS NOTIFICATION OF A REQUEST TO RUSH THE PROCESSING TIME. The
notes to seller is generally a place to indicate details such as correct
spellings on personalization, monograms, color selections for designs, etc. and
we will not respond to requests for rush orders in this location—PLEASE MESSAGE
US TO ENSURE WE ARE ABLE TO MEET YOUR REQUEST.

during peak seasonal times for all obvious reasons so as not to delay
production on other previously placed orders, but we will strive to make every

Due to the custom nature of many of our designs and the fact that our shirts
are made to order (not stocked prior to listing), we do not accept returns or
exchanges—please be sure to check all size charts and ask questions prior to
placing your order.
We will be happy to replace any items with gross error on our part, but this
does not include misspelled personalized details or omitting details as it is
the customers job to ensure all details are accurate prior to submitting the
final order.
